'E stood back, breathing regulating quickly. 'E had not meant to strike as hard, but 'e had not battled recently and 'e had forgotten 'is own strength.
'E turned to Casia, vocals stirring to answer 'er inquiry Goldrush attacked Lakota. I tried to be diplomatic, but his threats could not stand unanswered. 'E kept 'is emotions carefully veiled, which was surprisingly easy since 'e did not know how to feel.

Lakota cringed at the sight of her brother being plowed by D'Artagnan. Disbelief took over her facade as she listen to him gasp. She heard his words, then looked helplessly at Casia, then to D'Artagnan. It was her fault. She couldn't stand being there... And before anyone could say anything else, Lakota raced down the sandy shore of the beach and up into the forest that lay not too far southward, crystal pools blinding her...

Blurred visions of Casia and Lakota heading off made him hurt worse. He felt nothing for his sister, but having Casia be there when he lay there, more than likely dieing... For the first time in his life, he felt fear. Fear that he would die, fear that he would live on and have the pain never leave... Fear that Casia would be lost again... He couldn't do this to her... Why had Lakota have to be so foolish? 'Twas her fault he was like this in the first place. Pain surged through him as Casia nudged him, and he gave a deafening cry.
Casia... Please... Don't...
He couldn't talk anymore, but he didn't want her to watch him die. He had watched his first love die. She was right in his grasp... His memories dwelled apon her.
Feather...
He remembered so clearly now, as if her was there. He fought the cougar off, the strong winter winds chilling him. He galloped to his love as she cried there...
Help me, Goldrush... Help...
He heard her voice clearly. He remembered laying next to her, his own life seeming to deterrierate. He layed with her, crania wrapped around her own. He spent his last moments with her there. He remembered very little now, except for her frozen crimson littered apon the white crystals that lay as a blizzard set in. He listen to her last breaths... He had to leave her... He wished not to, and he began to speak aloud, mind set on Feather whilst everyone else was in reality, hearing him.
Feather... I'm so... so... sorry.
His breathing started to slow, and his mind set apon Casia again. He came into reality with another jolt of pain. He looked to Casia.
Casia... I wish not to do this... Your pain has been to horrid already...

'E found Gold's weakness rather distasteful, and 'e sent Casia a long look before striding off in pursuit of Lakota. She was distraught and 'e would not risk 'er hurting 'erself.
Pull yourself together Goldrush. I deal no fatal blows without meaning to have done so. 'E thought in annoyance, occuli rolling at the stag's dramatizations.
As 'is granites gained the wet sand, 'e spoke What could Lakota possibly have done to cause this? 'Twould be ignoble to blame one's folly on 'er.
'E lengthened stride, tainted columns hammering the terrain, mind whirling with thought. I am not a killer. I am not a killer. Not this time. The sun's angle had changed, now clearly showing the pink scar beneath 'is eye. It looked almost like the trail of a teardrop, a reminder of 'is previous battling days.
'E spotted Lakota ahead and coaxed a bit more speed from 'is shaky limbs.

realizing his pain her crania shot up as he cried. She stepped back-i...im sorry Gold..I..i really didnt mean to..to hurt you.-a small droplet sleid down her slender ebon fascade. She looked at D'art, now her dear friend and near lover had been hurt and was suffering. she knelt down on her fore pillars then the rest of her heavy ebond bod fell. She lay there beside Gold just looking at him, hearing his words, attempting to read his thoughts.

She raced on, so lost in thought that she didn't even notice D'Artagnan racing behind her. She looked to the sky, and in seeing the formation on the horizon, she felt even worse. She drove on, wanting to get away from it all.

'E called to 'er, numbness spreading through 'is mind and body.
Come back! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to... none of this is your fault... 'Is vocals dropped in volume ...please don't go... don't leave me alone...not alone...not like last time... 'E stumbled in 'is distress and drew to a halt, looking out across the sea. 'E had once had a great many friends in 'is previous topography, but then... I'm not a killer! 'is mind screamed, and 'e turned back to see if Gold was faring any better.

Lakota slid to a stop at his words, facing him. A look of no emotion scarred her facade. Streaks of aqua streaked her chocolatey brown pelt under her orbics as she looked to him.
It isn't your fault, D'Artagnan. It was his. And mine.
She faced the forest in front of her. Her younger years had told her to run, and never to look back. But what she felt for D'Artagnan... And the sound of his voice... It collided with her thoughts. She wanted to go to D'Artagnan, the one whom she loved so, but she had been only taught by those around her to escape... to run away before any more damage could b done... But she couldn't leave D'Artagnan. He was all she had. She looked back to him, and slowly made towards him, orbics facing the emralds.
I shall not leave you.

She looked back to where her brother lay, watching Casia try and comfort him. She felt so horrid... She placed her mug on D'Artagnan's nape.

'E shuddered. What will become of me if 'e dies? Will it be a repeat of what happened before... ? 'E tossed 'is dial in agitation, not realizing 'e had spoken. Glad to have Lakota by 'is side, 'e began to make 'is way back towards Gold. 'E would not leave the scene of the crime. Not this time.

The pain... it's not your... fault... It would hurt... one way or the other...
He winced as breathing became more difficult. He called his last call to all. It read something like this:
'Farewell to all of you. Casia, you were the only one that meant anything to me. D'Artagnan, you will regret what you have done.'
Nothing was said to Lakota. He looked to Casia as Darkness overtook his vision. A sudden thought overtook him.
It would be so much easier to just stop breathing....
Goodbye, Casia... I... love you... His final words escaped him, as his breaths.

No Gold Dont! you cant leave me! not now....everything was going to well.-the droplets became a steady flow, as she saw the life leave him. She began to get up, but collapsed. How could this happen to her? all was well before....just before. No he was gone the only one that she had. She repeated her attempt at rising and it was succesful. She left the limp body at her side and three beated to the cliff. Her movements were choppy she contained no more grace

'E halted suddenly and took a few steps backwards. Run, run! 'is instincts screeched. 'E stopped again, head reeling. Here we go again. They'll all be out to get you now. Run! 'Is auds flattened to 'is crown, mind searching for some rational explanation I... I only kicked him... how could he have died from that? 'Is bod convulsed slightly, innards churning as 'e awaited them all to turn against 'im.

she fell as she reached the wall. She had not strength left in her dainty bod. The confidence she had had dissapeared. Her life was done now. There was none to love her for the Dark Queen she was. She clossed her dullen optics for there was not point for her vision was blurred by the continuos oncoming of tears
